Omicron AI Software provides services in three stages: Consultation, Discovery, and Development. The terms that apply depend on the stage of the relationship and the service Client has booked, purchased, or accepted.

Service Terms
- Terms of Consultation govern the initial free consultation booked through our Book a call page.
- Terms of Discovery govern paid discovery sessions and the implementation plan delivered after discovery.
- Terms of Development govern actual development services after Client accepts an implementation plan or other written development plan.
